Disintegrating cement, substandard sidewalk conditions create concern in Kenilworth

Keith Haycock of Kenilworth kneels near a collapsed section of the town's sidewalk. The sidewalk runs through the wash that divides the town. The Kenilworth resident pointed out that the sidewalk running alongside a state highway has been falling apart for years. Despite contact with Utah officials regarding the situation, Haycock indicated that the state has taken no steps to complete repairs on the walkway.
