Tom Montoya, principal of Helper Junior High, and Michael O'Shea, principal of Sally Mauro Elementary were recently presented with defibrillators for their schools. Helper police chief George Zamantakis applied for a grant that was used to purchase the two for the schools as well as a handful that will be carried in police vehicles and fire trucks.
