Rebecca A. Thomson and Jeffrey A. Burghardt announce their wedding on March 11 in the Logan LDS Temple.

Parents of the bride are John and Linda King and Warner and Peggy Thomson. Parents of the groom are Marvin and Sheila Burghardt.

Rebecca is a graduate of Centennial High School and is working on a master's degree in deaf education at Utah State University. She served in the Texas-Houston mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Jeffrey is a graduate of Carbon High School and College of Eastern Utah. He is studying mechanical engineering at USU. He served in the Portugal-Lisbon mission for the LDS Church.

Melissa V. Thayn and Mark R. Leffler will be married on March 11.

An open house will be presented in the newlyweds honor that evening from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Huntington LDS Stake Center.

Parents of the bride are Gary and Vonda Thayn. Parents of the groom are John and Sherry Leffler.
