Taft James explains his poaching history fair presentation to event judge Ada van Vloten on Tuesday at College of Eastern Utah. The history fair projects addressed various subjects, from Harriet Tubman and the Underground Railroad to the life of Holocaust victim Anne Frank. Entrees in the state history fair were judged within four categories and the winners received awards during an afternoon ceremony on Feb. 28.
