Wellington employees focus on finishing facility at city's park

Wellington employee Gary Motte prepares ground last Tuesday near a recently constructed facility at the city park. Over the past couple of months, the city has constructed new restroom and concessions facilities at the park. Motte was working on burying utility lines running to the building.
