Emergency personnel lift an unidentified 14-year-old male into an ambulance after the youth was reportedly struck by an automobile at approximately 3:10 p.m. on Feb. 13. A motor vehicle driven by a 16-year-old male purportedly struck the pedestrian while attempting to turn left from 400 North onto 300 East in Price. Emergency crews transported the victim to Castleview Hospital for treatment. Law enforcement officials cited the unidentified driver for reportedly failing to yield the right of way to a pedestrian, not having a license in his possession, failure to provide proof of insurance and failure to provide proof of motor vehicle registration in connection with the incident.
