Ice anglers on Scofield Reservoir were basking in the sun on Tuesday while still trying to keep warm. Temperatures in the Pleasant Valley area have been dipping well below zero at night and there is a lot of snow on the ice. State statistics show that the snow pack in the mountains of the Wasatch Plateau is 114 percent of normal. Total precipitation is above normal as well, with a 128 percent reading.
