Carbonville Road construction will provide better walking areas

Two people walk down Carbonville Road on what is now just the side of the road. In two years, after the construction on the road is completed pedestrians will have a sidewalk the entire length of the road. While many people have questioned the cost of the sidewalk on the basis that the road is not heavily used for pedestrian traffic, anyone driving down the road often encounters people walking.
