Helper's volunteer fire department slates fundraising dance Feb. 11 at auditorium

Ed Callor and Matt Montoya are co-chairmen of the 2006 Helper Firemen's Ball. The event is slated Feb. 11 at the Helper Civic Auditorium. County residents are urged to attend and support the firefighters in the annual fundraiser. Department members will sell tickets door-to-door in the Helper and Kenilworth areas during January. All money raised goes to buy equipment for the all-volunteer Helper City Fire Department.
