Dry conditions cut Frosty's survival rate

One of the few snowmen surviving the 2005-2006 winter weather conditions in Carbon County stands guard at a local residence. With all of the white stuff covering the valley floor last year, snowmen could be seen at locations across the county However, it appears the dry conditions could change in the next few days as the jetstream flattens out and winter storms move farther south.
