Public Safety building dedicated in November

Members of the Carbon County Chamber of Commerce stand with law enforcement officers and public officials as the ribbon is cut by Colonel Duncan of the Utah Highway Patrol. The building has actually been in operation for about three months and Highway Patrol Troopers and their officers love the new facility, which is on south Carbon Avenue next to the almost new Adult Parole and Probation facility.
