Heather Winget
Jake Atwood

Robert and Linda Winget announce the marriage of their daughter, Heather Winget, to Jake Atwood, the son of Gary and Jackie Arrington and Mike Atwood of Huntington.

The couple will be married Dec. 23 in the Mount Timpanogos LDS Temple.

A reception will be presented in the newlyweds honor from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Somewhere Inn Time Reception Center, 175 N. State Street, Lindon. An open house is planned Jan. 7 at the Winget residence in Laie, Hawaii.

Jake and Heather are completing their educations at Brigham Young University-Hawaii, where Jake is coaching basketball for the Seasiders.

The couple will reside in Laie, Hawaii, while finishing their degrees.


Ashley Provstgaard
Brett Edwards

Doug and Terry Provstgaard announce the marriage of their daughter, Ashley Provstgaard, to Brett E. Edwards, the son of Eddie and Kathy Edwards.

They will be sealed Dec. 16 in the Manti LDS Temple.

A reception will be presented in the newlyweds honor that evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Price North LDS Stake Center.

Ashley served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to Guatemala from 2001 to 2003. Brett served in the United States Marine Corps and Reserves from 1997 to 2003.

The couple will make their home in Orem, where Ashley is a registered nurse at Utah Valley Medical Center. Brett is a student at Utah Valley State College and is employed at Timpanogos Cyclery.


Crystal Johnson
Kraig Huffaker

Steven and Robin Johnson of Provo announce the marriage of their daughter, Crystal Celeste Johnson, to Kraig Huffaker, the son of Ron and VaLynn Huffaker of Ferron. The couple will be married Dec. 17 in the Manti LDS Temple. A reception will be presented that evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at the LDS Chapel located at 2400 W. 50 North, Provo. An open house is planned Dec. 30 from 6 to 8 p.m at Castle Dale LDS Stake Center, 35 East Main.

Kraig graduated from Emery High in 2000 and served a mission to the Czech Republic for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He is attending Utah Valley State College and will transfer to Brigham Young University to finish a degree in engineering. Crystal graduated from Provo High in 2001. She attended BYU and received a bachelor's in nursing in 2005. She will continue her education at BYU specializing as a family nurse practitioner. Crystal works at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center in Provo and Kraig works at Converges.


Crystal Fawcett
Ryan Avery

Alan and Joan Fawcett announce the marriage of their daughter, Crystal Fawcett, to Ryan Avery, the son of Paul and Ann Avery and Dave and Jan Cox.

The couple will be married Dec. 16 in the Mount Timpanogos LDS Temple.

Crystal is a 2003 graduate of North Summit High School. She has been attending Weber State University. Ryan is a 2001 graduate of Carbon High School and served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. He is attending the College of Eastern Utah and working for TKJ Inc.

The couple will reside in Helper.


Mary Emery
Jeffrey Plumb

David and Kathryn Emery of Huntington announce the marriage of their daughter, Mary Alice Emery, to Jeffrey Adam Plumb, the son of Marlow and Judi Plumb of Leamington. They will be married Dec. 17 in the Manti LDS Temple.

Friends and family will honor the newlyweds at a reception that evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Huntington LDS Stake Center, 215 North Main Street.

Jeff graduated from Delta High School and is attending the University of Utah as a marketing major. He served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Chihuahua, Mexico, and is a member of the Army National Guard. Mary graduated from Emery High School and College of Eastern Utah. She is attending the U of U.

The couple will make their home in Salt Lake City.


Raquel Cox
Hyrum Oaks

Leslie and Sheri Cox of Orangeville announce the marriage of their daughter, Raquel Cox, to Hyrum Oaks, the son of Dallin and Marleen Oaks of Provo.

The couple will be married Dec. 17 in the Manti LDS Temple. A reception will be presented in the newlyweds honor that evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Museum of the San Rafael in Castle Dale.

Hyrum is a 2002 graduate of Timpview High School and served in the New York-Rochester mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He is pursuing a business degree at Brigham Young University. Raquel is a 2004 graduate of Emery High School. She is attending Utah Valley State College pursuing a degree in education.

The couple will reside in Provo.

Grandparents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. Max Larsen, Ruth Cox and the late Fred Cox. Grandparents of the groom and Mr. and Mrs. Dallin H. Oaks and Mr. and Mrs. Ted May.


Brittani Bentley
Keenan Atwood

Karl and Trieste Bentley announce the marriage of their daughter, Brittani Bentley, to Keenan David Atwood, the son of Gary and Tricia Atwood.

The couple will be married Dec. 17 in the Manti LDS Temple.

A reception will be presented in the newlyweds honor that evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Price LDS Stake Center, 150 South 500 East.

Keenan is a 2002 graduate of Carbon High School and served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Minnesota. He is a recent graduate of the College of Eastern Utah. Brittani is a 2004 Carbon High graduate and is attending CEU.
