First emergency responders focus on stabilizing an unidentified female pedestrian who was reportedly struck by a vehicle near the 100 South 300 East intersection in Price on Tuesday. The incident occurred Nov. 22 at approximately 8 a.m. and the victim's injuries did not appear to be life-threatening. The car that purportedly struck the woman was headed eastbound and the rising sun may have been a factor in the mishap.
