Carbon boys schedule announced

The state football finals aren't even over and already everyone is thinking about high school basketball.

As the boys at Carbon High begin practice they will be looking forward to a 22 game preseason and Region 8 schedule that will span the months of November, December and February. The state playoffs begin on Feb. 18 with playin games and the actual site tournament will take place Feb. 23-25.

Carbon will begin their season with a home game against Uintah on Nov. 22. They will then travel to Colorado to play in a three day tournament in early December.

League play will begin on Jan. 6 as the Dinos face the Granite Farmers. Home varsity games all take place at 7 p.m.

Dec. 22, Dinos at Canyon View

Dec. 30, Dinos vs Park City

Jan. 6, Dinos vs Granite

Jan. 11, Dinos at Delta

Jan. 18, Dinos vs North Sanpete

Jan. 20, Dinos at Emery

Jan. 27, Dinos at Granite
