The Southeast Regional Wildlife Advisory Council (RAC) will meet on Wednesday, September 14 to discuss turkey hunting and management in Utah and pronghorn antelope management in the San Rafael and Range Creek herd units.

The meeting will be at the John Wesley Powell Museum in Green River and will start at 6:30 p.m. Turkey hunters and all other interested parties are cordially invited to attend the meeting.

The five RAC councils across the state provide the means for public input and involvement in all wildlife management decisions. Each council consists of representatives from a variety of special interests, including sportsmen, environmentalists, businessmen, the BLM and U.S. Forest Service, elected representatives and the public at large.
