Hazmat Called After Mysterious Chemical Spilled on Carbon Avenue in Price

A mysterious blue chemical mixture drips out of a UW truck after a spill on Wednesday. The chemical, which wasn't believed to be highly dangerous, spilled out of the truck and along the gutter on the east side of Carbon Avenue.
