Scouts build, race go-carts down city road in Price

Three scouts race their go-carts down a hill by Terrace Hills Skate Park. The scouts hand built their own go-carts before racing them down the street on August 17. Price city police blocked off the road for the race, allowing the scouts to soar safely down the hill.
