Vandals pull down power line pole at substation in southwest Carbon County

A city worker puts up a "no trespassing" sign after a vandalism occurred to a power pole on Wattis Road. For at least the third time in the last month, a power pole has been pulled down in what is a felony-level crime. Carbon County residents who may have information on the vandalisms are encouraged to contact Detective Roger Taylor of the Carbon County Sheriff's Office at 637-3282.
