Mine competition heats up as muggy weather conditions continue in Carbon County

The mine rescue team from Westridge Resources evaluates the course as they compete in the 29th annual Rocky Mountain Coal Mine Association competition held at CEU this week. The event incorporates many aspects of mine rescue and safety and is sponsored by the Southeast Applied Technology College. The competition runs through Thursday afternoon.
