Power outages causes traffic problems in Price

A Price city police officer helps direct traffic at the Carbon Ave. intersection during a power outage several weeks ago. The Utah Department of Transportation has noticed an increased number of Price residents not using four way stops properly within the city limits. Not properly stopping at four way stops can cause dangerous situations to occur.
