The first day of play started out great for the Western Base-Ball Association's Little World Series, which started play on Tuesday.

Tuesday started out early with a morning parade down Main Street in Price with all teams present. Team members from all teams shouted and waved to the crowd in anticipation of what would be an unforgettable Little World Series.

Opening ceremonies then commenced at the Toy Atwood Baseball Complex in Price where speeches were given and team introductions made. After this, an unforgettable day of play between 12 Utah and Idaho all-star teams began.

The Helper team's catcher takes out a runner and prepares to throw the ball to third to take out another.
