2,600 ducks race down Mud Creek as part of Scofield's Pleasant Valley Days

With a race that took more than an hour, spectators watch as ducks in the Kiwanis Club's rubber ducky derby float toward the finish line. The duck race, which took place last Saturday afternoon, was one of many activities that were part of the Pleasant Valley Days' celebration. Other events included a dinner and pageant on Friday and breakfast, a parade, fireworks and a country hoedown on Saturday.
