Gary Prazen cuts holes in the base of a bronze sculpture of a Utah raptor. Prazen designed the original sculpture in clay and Danny Blanton built the frame and the bronze statue. The raptor now sits on a steel structure spanning the sidewalk north of the CEU Prehistoric Museum. The sculpture is one of 20 pieces that the Community Arts Foundation has planned to commission and maintain in Carbon County.
