Utah residents witness strange weather occurrences displayed all over the state

Storm clouds gather over the hills in Carbon County. Strange weather has been noticed all over the state by many residents. Statewide flooding has occurred in many of Utahs normally dry areas. Residents of Carbon County have witnessed hot, sunny days turn into heavy rain and back again in a matter of minutes. Even with heavy rain, Utah areas are still at risk for wildfires.
