Grako gets dealership award
Grako's American Car Care Center recently received the Five Star Dealership Award that is presented each year to American Car Care Centers that meet the highest criterion for outstanding customer service and car care throughout the calendar year.
The award was presented to both Bobbie and Gary Grako at the companies recent convention held in the University Park Marriott Hotel.
Winners of the Five Star Award must meet strict guidelines in all areas of customer service beginning when the customer steps out of their car and potentially never concluding. Each individual store is evaluated on quality of appearance from the customer showrooms, to the rest rooms, to the orderliness and cleanliness of the shop itself. Out of 1140 stores Grako's was one of a select few that are chosen to receive this award.
