Upcoming American Legion tournament

The Helper American Legion team has a huge home tournament coming up in Helper this weekend.

Teams from Utah, Nevada and Colorado will be attending, including St. George, Kearns, Spring Creek Nev., Cyprus, Delta, Cedar City, and Taylorsville.

Games will be played from Thursday night to Sunday and should allow every resident of Carbon County the chance to come out and support the team.

Games are scheduled to begin tonight at 6:15 p.m. and will start at 9 a.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Win loss records for Thursday through Saturday will determine teams playing and times on Sunday.
