Letter to the Editor: Softball complex completion

Editor:

I am writing about the condition of the softball fields on Fairgrounds Road in Price.

At one time these fields were one of the most utilized recreational outlets for the young men and women who enjoyed playing the game.

Last summer after the regular season ended the recreation department canceled the co-ed and die hard leagues to upgrade the lights and work on the fields.

As of today, there is not one field that can be played on. After nearly 10 years why do we still have the worst complex in the county?

I'm sure I speak for the majority of those who enjoy playing softball; we would like to have a completed complex.
