Monument to be dedicated by veterans group on Monday

A new monument dedicated to those who have served their country stands with wood supports on it Wednesday morning, only a few days before it will be dedicated. The Memorial Day ceremony will take place at noon and members of the VFW, the DAV and the American Legion will be present for the public dedication.
