Sign dedicated in windy April weather

College of Eastern Utah President Ryan Thomas and Maurine Dorman cut a giant size ribbon while Lisa Barnum holds the fabric still during a windy ceremony dedicating the new CEU sign on top of Wood Hill on Monday afternoon. About two dozen people gathered for the dedication which revitalized an original edifice that was put up in the late 1960's.
