Pat Bagley signs a book for Elaine Wood at the 26th Women's Conference at College of Eastern Utah last Friday. Bagley keynoted the April 1 event, speaking on experiences he has had cartooning and showing attendees some of the pieces he has drawn. In addition to keynote presentation, the annual conference included a luncheon and seminars on issues relating to women in the Carbon County area
