Local author puts out another book

Tom McCourt holds the latest of the books he has produced over the last few years titled "To Be a Soldier." McCourt has been known for writing books about southeastern Utah with "Split Sky," a book about a summer he spent as a teenager working in Nine Mile Canyon on a ranch and "White Canyon" about a lost town in the Glen Canyon area. His new book is about his experiences as an American soldier in Vietnam during the late 1960's.
