Local youngsters participate at event planned for children

Four-year old Vanessa Schade enjoys special activities planned for area youngsters last Saturday at College of Eastern Utah. The event was part of the Month of the Young Child Olympics. Youngsters were involved in many stations hosted by the Carbon County School District, child care resource and referral, CEU music department, Price library, RUCD Head Start and Southeastern Utah Health District.
