Sign warns drivers of possible hazard, but where are the trucks?

It may say there is a truck crossing on this road, but there hasn't been one for some time based on how the snow looks. This road leads to the old town of Sweets in the Consumers area. It is not used during the winter, but the warning signs remain despite no traffic.
