Shrove Tuesday starts Lenten season, pancake dinner garners support from residents

Don Polster and Dave Rich prepare the mix for hundreds of pancakes to serve residents attending the Shrove dinner at the Ascension St. Matthews Church on Tuesday. Proceeds will be donated to the Tsunami Relief Fund. Shrove Tuesday is the beginning of the Lenten season.
