Charles Moore pounds nails to secure the siding being put up as part of the renovation of the Cedar Hills Apartments on 800 North in Price. The new siding and other building additions have spruced up the entire complex. The nearly 30-year-old structures are prefab units manufactured in Idaho, shipped to Price and assembled in sections. Only one unit is left to renovate at the complex., explained Moore.
