East Carbon girls drop game in Eureka

East Carbon's Donna Turner goes up for a shot against an opponent in a game earlier in the season, a game which the Lady Vikings lost. But with the new year comes new hope, but so far no wins for the East Carbon girls basketball team. The Lady Vikings (1-6) lost to Tintic on Tuesday night 56-26. The high scorers in the game for East Carbon was Amanda Hepworth and Turner with 9 each. Samantha Madrid scored 8. The team now faces Meridian at home on Thursday night at 6 p.m.
