Spring brings warm temperatures into the valley and nutures blossom trees on Canyon Street in Helper to frame Balance Rock. With the appearance of green buds, local residents have started to plant gardens. But the crucial question remains - will April showers actually fall and in time to bring May flowers into Carbon County?
