In the 1930s, trucks equipped with hoses and pumps represented state-of-the art fire equipment in the Price. The man with a cap on is Morgan King, who was the first electrician in Price. Volunteer fire fighters were the backbone of protection for the community. The photo appears to have been taken in front of the old city hall (pre-1938). The photo was submitted by Merline DeCaro. King was her grandfather.
