Former Co-op Strikers Approach MSHA with Safety Allegation

Representing former strikers, Bill Estrada outlines several safety and union voting concerns involving C.W. Mining Company. Following Monday's press conference in Price, Co-op workers approached MSHA regarding the company's alleged safety violations. A recent National Labor Relations Board ruling prohibits employees related to the Kingstons from voting in the upcoming union election.
