Snow on Soldier Summit means drivers beware over holiday

Traffic on Soldier Summit is light in this photo, but this weekend it will be heavy. The forecast calls for winter storms over the holiday and these conditions could become very dangerous on many roads in the area. Motorists are urged to be careful, not to speed and to have every occupant of the vehicle they are operating buckled up for safety. The Utah Highway Patrol will be out in force.
