Amtrack still running despite reports of demise

The Amtrak conductor picks up the stool around which only a few minutes before passengers stood having cigarettes and talking about their trip. The passenger services future is in doubt, but for now the train still comes through Helper stopping to pick up and drop off passengers at the Union Pacific station. But it may be soon the "all aboard" signal shouted by the conductor will be silenced by monetary considerations.
