Drug bust yields large amount of meth under seat

The Carbon Metro Drug Task Force seized one pound of suspected methamphetamine on Oct.18. This seizure was the result of an undercover sting operation conducted by Agents Kyle Kulow and Chad Feichko. Three males, Gerardo Rodriguez (24) Salt Lake, Castulo Bencomo (29) Salt Lake and Alejandro Medrano (33) Provo, were arrested in connection to with this investigation. Agents were also assisted by the Carbon County Sheriff's Office, Price City Police, and the Helper City K-9 Officer. The drugs that were taken in the operation have an estimated street value of $60,000.
