Seasonal temperature changes prompt city to install bubble cover at wave pool

Olie Olson seals the edges of the bubble cover at the Desert Wave Pool in Price last Wednesday. Seasonal temperature changes dictate the end of outdoor play at the Desert Wave and patrons will now be able to enjoy the pool under the warmth of the insulated bubble.
