Construction crews remove water from a trench in Carbonville. The crews were setting a meter for the newly installed water system when they accidentally hit an underground irrigation pipe that was not marked. The pipe was not pressurized, but it still spilled hundreds of gallons of water into the trench. It took a few hours for the water mess to dry out before work in the area could be completed.
