Three car mishap blocks traffic at 100 North intersection

Price City officers sort out a three-car collision at the intersection of 100 North 300 East on Aug. 27. The accident, which took place at 11:30 a.m., resulted when 20-year-old Laura Thayn of Price ran a light heading southbound on 300 East. Seventeen-year-old Genevieve Jewkes of Price, who was westbound on 100 North, struck Thayn's vehicle. Thayn's vehicle then hit 58-year-old Linda Turner of Price, who was eastbound on 100 North. Thayn was cited for failure to stop. No injuries were reported and traffic was redirected until the mishap could be cleared away.
