Construction on waterline high on hill

This trackhoe is working high on the steep side of a hill to install the new Helper water line from Fish Springs. Over the years the line that was on top of the ground in many places had sustained damage from a number of natural and unnatural sources including gun shot holes. The installation of the new line is costing about $420,000.
