Sunday rains bring minor flooding to area

The downpour on Sunday afternoon caused many culverts to fill up and overflow in the county. During the storm some locations received up to .75 of a inch in less than 20 minutes. The national weather service indicates warm weather for the rest of the week should make nice conditions for Pioneer Day, though.
