Price emergency personnel dig up mortar tubes that launched the Fourth of July fireworks into the air at Sunday night the Carbon County Fairgrounds. While launching the large fireworks may be fun, preparing for the program and cleaning up after the celebration represents a lot of hard work. On July 4th, a little extra fire was added to the show when sparks from the display landed east of the fairgrounds in a rubbish pile and started a small blaze. The Price city fire fighters quickly extinguished the small blaze.
