Kylee Tanner reads to Murphy the dog and the animal's owner, Nancy Bentley, during a weekly program sponsored by the Price City Library. Every Wednesday afternoon, Carbon County children visit the library and the youth participating in the literacy program have the opportunity to read to a PAWS certified dog. The program promotes literature and allows local youngsters to visit with the friendly pets.
