A fire hydrant broke loose on Carbonville Road about 6:30 a.m. on Thursday morning, sending a torrent of water into Pillings Trailer Park. The water damaged one house's basement and put water under some trailers . One side of the park had over a foot of water standing in it as a Price City vacuum truck struggled to suck up and haul off the water. The cause of the hydrant failure was unknown, but crews immediatelly set up to repair it.
